A man is pregnant! At first glance, that statement appears to be true. Yet stories like this are increasingly presented as evidence that a person’s biological sex can change. But what actually happened—and what does biology tell us about it? Can identifying as a man change the biological reality of being female? Should we teach children that ‘dads’ can have babies as Logan has written in his children’s book?
Deception hides the truth and keeps facts back or changes details so people get the wrong idea.
Note that in this article, I use “trans man” to describe a person born female who identifies as male. When discussing biological sex, I use “female” and “male” according to the person’s biological sex at birth.
Can a Trans Man give birth?

What body systems are necessary for child-bearing?
Essentially, pregnancy requires a reproductive system capable of producing eggs, supporting fertilization and sustaining a developing fetus. In females, this includes the ovaries, fallopian tubes and uterus, along with a birth canal.
Since a biological male does not have any of these essential reproductive systems, they are physically unable to become pregnant.
However, a Trans Man is born a female so may become pregnant if the reproductive organs necessary for pregnancy remain functional. That said, once a female has been taking testosterone for a while, chance of pregnancy is significantly reduced.
While hormones, clothing, appearance and even surgical procedures can alter many physical characteristics, they do not transform a female reproductive system into a male reproductive system.
Is a Woman still a biological woman without her female reproductive system?
You might argue that not every woman still has all her female reproductive systems. That would be true. So is a woman still a biological woman if she does not have all her female body systems?
Many of us know biological women who for reasons of health challenges have had to have double mastectomies. And other biological women who have had full hysterectomies- the surgical removal of the uterus and cervix and often the ovaries, fallopian tubes and other surrounding structures.
Are women, whose female body parts were removed, still biological women?
I believe most people would agree that they are.
So, looking at this from a different angle, does a biological woman who chooses ‘top surgery’ and/or chooses to remove perfectly healthy reproductive organs become a man?”
Is a Trans Man still a biological female?
As we have established, removing a body part does not change the sex of the person who had it removed. A woman who undergoes a mastectomy remains biologically female. Likewise, removing reproductive organs does not transform a female body into a male body.
Trans men take testosterone to deepen their voice and grow facial and body hair so as to present as a man. But the biology of their body is still female even if the breasts and reproductive organs are removed. XX chromosomes remain unchanged throughout life.
Since a Trans Man is in reality a biological woman, why is this so surprising that Logan had a baby? First of all, it is shocking and unusual to see someone who presents as a pregnant man! At the same time, the pregnancy itself just highlights the reality of the biology of the Trans Man. That would be uncomfortable!
Logan Brown's Story: Trans Man has baby
The story of Logan Brown, a Trans identifying Man, who became pregnant, was published in a number of different magazines, news stories in 2023.
Logan says, “I am a transgender pregnant man and I do exist, so no matter what anybody say, I am literally living proof”
What is Logan literally living proof of?
Women have always had babies and that is what Logan is biologically. Being a pregnant Trans Man does not prove that men can have babies.
Since the beginning of time, everyone knows that males provide the sperm, females provide the egg. Logan’s partner is biologically male and Logan is biologically female with reproductive organs intact and obviously operating. Logan stated: I likely conceived due to the fact that I had discontinued taking testosterone due to some health issues.
Logan also stated “I spent so much time feeling shame and being hard on myself until I thought, ‘You can enjoy this process or make it really difficult for yourself’. I’m a pregnant man, and we’re very lucky, and I’m proud to do what we’re doing,” Brown told Glamour.
Logan's wants his baby girl to be authentically herself
The biology itself is not mysterious. A child was conceived through the same reproductive process by which human beings have been conceived throughout history. What is unusual is the claim that this pregnancy demonstrates that a man can become pregnant.
Certainly it did take courage for Logan to process this ‘problem’ and give life to the baby.
No doubt, it would be embarrassing to be presenting as a man and become pregnant, I can certainly understand that as men don’t get pregnant, they impregnate.
Later, Logan gave birth to a baby girl and made this statement:
“Now, I get to bring a child up to know that she can be authentically herself and love whoever she wants; that’s really powerful for me.”
I also sincerely hope this child will grow up to be authentically herself, by embracing the body she was born with. That would be truly authentic!
Logan Writes Story Book To Teach Children That Dads Can Have Babies
Logan Brown, Activist and blogger birthed a baby girl into the world in 2023. Finding that there was a lack of information about transgender Dads giving birth, Logan tells the world the story of the daughter’s birth.
The children’s book that Logan wrote is titled: In My Daddy’s Belly: The Story of a Transgender Dad.”
The concern is not simply that a person who identifies as a man became pregnant. The larger concern is the message being communicated to children: that a father can have a baby and that biological sex does not determine whether someone is male or female.
For Christians, however, the question goes beyond biology. It also concerns how we understand God’s design for humanity. Scripture gives us a clear starting point:
Genesis 1:27 says “So God created human beings in his own image. In the image of God he created them; male and female He created them.

The brainwashing of our under 30’s is going on unabated. This is all a con job and so anti-God and anti-family. The Logan in your article will not be able to have anymore babies since the drugs she is taking (testosterone) will make her infertile.
